Joseph Brooks Jr enters his 1st year a Georgia Highlands Community College. 

Brooks previously served six years as Assistant Coach  at Snead State Community College, as well as three years as the Head JV Coach in Boaz, Alabama. In just his first season as assistant coach for the Parsons in 2017-18, Brooks helped Snead to a 25-8 overall record, an Alabama Community College Championship and a trip to the National Junior College Tournament. Overall he has assisted Snead to a 102-45 record, having winning 20+ games in each year except the covid year. In 2020 the Parsons made another run to the Alabama Junior College Championship where they were named Runner-Up. He has coached 10 All Confernce Players, has sent 90% players to the next level across all divisions and has above 95% graduation rate. 

Joseph played for Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL while receiving his Bachelors degree in Communications. He is a native of Tuscaloosa, AL and currently resides in Rome, Ga with wife, LaSheena Brooks and daughter, Zori Brooks.
