Georgia Highlands College men’s basketball continued their conference title defense Saturday by defeating Andrew College 66-48 in Rome. They move to 10-5 on the season and 2-1 in the conference.
Cameron Baldwin scored a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds, while adding 2 blocks, 3 steals and 2 assists. Ten different Chargers scored in the contest, and GHC scored 27 points off the bench. GHC led 31-27 at halftime but outscored Andrew 35-21 in the second half to seal the win.
GHC will continue their 4-game homestand Monday night against East Georgia State. Tipoff is set for 7pm on GHC’s Floyd Campus.
