GHC Athletic Teams Start Their 2021 Seasons

After a long wait and a lot of uncertainity, all four Charger Athletics teams will begin their seasons over the next 2 weeks. With new health guidelines in place in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, attending events will look a little different than previous seasons. Here's what you need to know before coming out to support the Chargers.

Men's & Women's Basketball

Everyone must enter and exit through the front lobby doors of the gym
Mandatory temperature checks at the door
Mandatory face masks during games
Social distancing must be maintained with those outside your family unit
No interaction between fans and players, coaches, or officials
The gym will be limited to 25% capacity or 249 fans
Fan seating on the "Home" side only (across the course from the scorer's table & teams).

Baseball & Softball

Mandatory masks when you are unable to maintain social distancing guidelines
No interaction between fans and players, coaches, or officials

Men's & Women's Basketball games will be broadcast on our Charger Sports Network YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/ChargersSportsNetwork

This sports season is unlike any other. We must all do our part to keep our players, coaches, and officials safe so they can perform on the field or court and provide us with much needed sporting entertainment. Charger Athletics hopes everyone stays safe and healthy. We look forward to seeing you come out and support your favorite Charger teams this season.
