The Lady Chargers fall to #15 Northwest Florida 79-41 in the final game of the Georgia Highlands Thanksgiving Classic Tournament held at the Corral. GHC keep the game within reach throughout most of the first half until the 4:00 minute mark when the Lady Raiders went on a run to close out the first half with a 36-17 lead.
Northwest Florida defensive presssure stimied the Lady Chargers all night forceing 39 turnovers. Northwest also had a steller night at the free throw line shooting 30-35, 83%. The Lady chargers had only one player in double digits with Anna Stewart with 10 points.
The Lady Chargers (5-3), (1-0) in GCAA Conference play return to action at home on Wednesday versus Atlanta Metro College, tip-off 5:30pm.
